1. Help to develop plans that both attract new members and help develop current members into great Rotarians.
 
2. Work with other committees to attract new members.
 
3. Ensure guest feel welcome and comfortable while visiting.

1. Serve as a mentor for new members
 
2. Serve as a sounding board to help identify clubs strengths and weaknesses.
